In order to improve the accuracy of material analysis and process monitoring capabilities, the company has introduced multiple sets of high-performance metallographic and mechanical performance testing equipment to build a complete quality assurance system. These include: KEYENCE high-definition digital metallographic microscope, with multi-stage magnification, image processing and measurement functions, and high-resolution analysis of steel structures (such as pearlite, ferrite, cementite, decarburized layer, etc.); Supporting full-automatic metallographic inlay machine, metallographic grinding and polishing machine and high-precision cutting machine to realize the consistency and repeatability of sample preparation. In terms of hardness testing, Vickers hardness tester (suitable for micro-area and heat treatment layer testing) and Buelher Rockwell hardness tester are equipped to cover different hardness testing standards (such as HV, HRB and HRC) to meet the multi-level testing requirements from material testing to process control. Through the above equipment, the company can systematically evaluate the organizational structure, heat treatment effect and mechanical properties of materials, and provide strong technical support for product consistency, process stability and customer special requirements.
